Casa de Mar was created with the goal of providing
our guests with the best possible accommodations and
the highest quality of service. In order to achieve
those goals we have created the following rules:
- Casa de Mar is a non-smoking hotel; smoking is only
permitted outside the rooms in open areas.
- Surfboards are not permitted in the rooms, they
have to be placed on the surf racks available in the
hotel.
- Cooking equipment such as stoves, ovens, toasters,
are not allowed in the room. The restaurant will provide
you with all your food and beverage needs.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel compound or in
the rooms.
- Visits and guests will not be allowed to spend the
day in the hotel premises, the hotel premises are
strictly for the use of its customers only.
- Drivers, body guards, surf guides and maids will
not be permitted in the hotel social areas without
the prior authorization of the hotel management.
Care of small children
To ensure the safety of your children we recommend
the following:
- Please don’t leave your children unattended
in the wood decks, the handrails are wider than
normal and a child can easily fall.
- Don’t allow your children to swim in the
waterfall pool, there is electrical equipment inside
that can cause an electric shock.
- Please don’t allow your small children to
swim on the ocean by themselves, the ocean in front
of the hotel is very powerful and they could easily
drawn. There is a small private sand beach inside
the hotel where your children can play and will
be perfectly safe.
- Don’t let your child drink water from the
tab, tab water at the hotel is not drinkable.
The hotel will not be responsible for
any accident that may take place, for failure to
follow the above mentioned suggestions.
