Maximum Occupancy
Rates are based on double occupancy, a third adult will be permitted on certain suites at an additional cost of $70.00 + Tax.

Families with a maximum of three children under 16 will be allowed in certain suites at no additional cost, a fourth children will be permitted at an additional cost of $70.00 + Tax.

A family with more than four children will be required to rent an additional suite.

Children over 16 will be considered adults and will be charged like such.

The price of the suite includes a full breakfast.


Cancellations & Refunds

Advance Bookings

•    Bookings made 7 days prior to arrival require 15% deposit.
•    The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date if requested at least 7 days prior to booked arrival.

Last Minute Booking

•    Bookings made with 7 day or less before arrival require 30% deposit.
•    The deposit is refundable or transferable.
•    Booking 24hr before must be paid in full no refund.

High season

•    Include-Easter week (check dates) Aug week (July 28th- August 6th) / Dec 15th – Jan 2nd.
•    A 50% deposit is required, deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
Minimum 3 night Booking.
