Maximum Occupancy
Rates are based on double occupancy, a third adult will be permitted on certain suites at an additional cost of $70.00 + Tax.

Families with a maximum of three children under 16 will be allowed in certain suites at no additional cost, a fourth children will be permitted at an additional cost of $70.00 + Tax.

A family with more than four children will be required to rent an additional suite.

Children over 16 will be considered adults and will be charged like such.

The price of the suite includes a full breakfast.


Cancellations & Refunds
By confirming the reservation process you authorize Casa de Mar Hotel to charge the total amount of your reservation on your credit card.

Cancellations must be received in writing and are only valid with e-mail acknowledgement from Casa de Mar Hotel.

There will be no refunds or credits for unused portion of services.

There will be no reimbursement or credit for no shows.

Cancellation requests received 30+ days prior to arrival will not be penalized.

Cancellation requests received 29-15 days prior to arrival will incur a 40% charge of the total cost.

There will be no reimbursement or credit for cancellation requests received 14-0 days prior to arrival.
